Our Academy caters to the aspirants of all level of students, and it takes great pride in being able to provide a high level of training and make the strategy for the students who are preparing for civil service examination. The institute helps the candidates who are trying to crack the exam, and along with it we plan the strategy for the students which can help them to in a more smarter way to clear the exam. We try to give them a place to explore there ability according to changing preparation environment where they can adapt these changes and can compete with the real worlds to make their wishes come try and can be successful and serve the nation in the longer run and work for the upliftment and development of the nation.

Out academy is situated within ease access of students nearby metro stations, with a view to prevent them from having to travel to distant corners of the city for quality education, along with it we are going to launch our online classes with completer guidance via YouTube classes, and postal study material where the students from rural areas can also enroll in the course and make there career in civil service.

Our academy is equipped with a library containing numerous books pertaining to several subjects. Where lessons from the syllabus are interspersed with live experiences of group discussions, conference, interview guidance with experts and other activities.

UPSC CIVIL SERVICE EXAM

ABOUT CIVIL SERVICE

The Civil Service Exam (CSE) is a nationwide competitive examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission for the recruitment to various Civil Service Services of the Government of India, including the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS), Indian Revenue Service (IRS), along with other Group A & B Services, which includes the Group B Services for Union Territories of India.

This exam is conducted in 3 phases – A Preliminary exam, Mains exam, and Interview and final selection is based on mains and interview marks included.

The Prelim exam is an qualifying exam for the mains, it is a multiple choice based exam which consists of 2 papers of 200 marks each

Paper 1 is GS (General Study) and Paper 2 is CSAT (Civil Service Aptitude Test).Paper 1 consists of history, geography, polity, economic, environment, biodiversity, social issues, and current affairs.

Paper 2 consists of English comprehension, aptitude, reasoning, decision making and problem solving.

CSAT will have 80 question of 2.5 marks each , and a student should score 33% out of 200 which is 66 or more to clear this paper. In Gs Paper there are 100 questions of 2 marks each, this paper marks are considered for the cut-off marks for prelims, but one should target max 55-60 to make the chances for main exam. The Main Exam consists of 9 Papers 2 qualifying Papers and 7 for ranking purpose. In qualifying there is English and Regional Language grammar paper, while the rest are Essay, GS 1,2,3,4 and 1 optional Paper consists of 2 papers and mains total marks are 1750 (excluding 2 qualifying paper).

The Personality Test or Interview is conducted for 275 marks and it is conducted in Delhi, students who are clearing main exam are called for the interview which is schedule from Feb – April of any year based on the mains and interview marks the final selection is done.

The age limit is minimum 21 and maximum 32 for general / 35 for OBC / 37 for ST / SC students.

Number of attempts for general is 6 / for OBC its 9 / for SC / ST there are unlimited attempts till they attend the upper age limit. The exam notification will be online by Feb of every year, the prelim exam will be conducted on June / mains exam will be on October / and interview will be conducted from DEC- MAR of the next year.

Prelim Exam is an MCQ based one, and mains exams is written .By just filling a form is not considered as an attempt, if candidate fails in any stage of exam or he / she at least appeared prelims exam then only it is considered as an attempt.
